2020 WAMX State Championship - Junior Round 1 - WJMC

MX State Championship Round 1, WHAT A DAY! Both our lads took on the 65cc & 85cc classes in some pretty average conditions! 🌧

Riley Fiford #543 had a bloody ripper! Good starts most of the day in both classes, a few small crashes and getting caught up in a big one didn’t stop him! He fought back to take out 3rd O/A for the day in 65cc 10-U12yrs 🥉 & 6 O/A in 85cc 9-U12yrs.

Luca Novello #276 also had a great day! Good, consistent starts as well as an awesome come back after getting tangled up in a big first corner pile up. Only just missing our on the podium, Luca brought home a hard fought 4th O/A in 65cc 10-U12yrs & 8th O/A in 85cc 9-U12yrs 🤘.

So proud of the efforts from both these legends! It was a tough day but they never gave up despite the sore bodies! 🙌 #teamyouneek ⠀

2019 WAMX State Championship - Juniors Round 4 Chidlow WAJMCC

A great day of racing by our juniors at Round 4 of the WAMX Junior State Championship.

Will Rush was on a mission! Battling in the top 4 all day, a big crash in race 1 bumped his final result to 4th O/A.

Rhal Selway rode smooth all day, race 3 he came out of the gate strong holding 2nd but unfortunately slid out mid way though the race. Rhal finished up 6th O/A for the day.

Kaj Radcliffe had some ripper starts in his moto’s! As always Kaj showed great consistency and speed to come away with 6 O/A. Our little shredder

Indy Radcliffe didn’t hold back, showing no fear as he held that 65 pinned & clinching another top 10 on the big bike. That placed him 6th O/A on the 65cc & 10th O/A on the 85cc.

Skye Graham had an outstanding day on the 65cc but unfortunately battled mechanical issues all day on the 85 which showed in his results, he finished up 8th O/A on the 65cc & 15th O/A on the 85cc 🏁

2019 WAMX State Championship - Juniors Round 3 Cranbrook

Wild weekend of racing in Cranbrook for the WAMX State Championships. Our junior squad had a challenge on their hands for round 3 with the extremely muddy track conditions.

Will Rush displayed true commitment in race 2 after going down in a 1st turn crash which resulted in his seat/tail being snapped off, he completed the race standing! Rushy finished 7th O/A.

Rhal Selway was unfortunately unable to gain any points for the day after his engine seized in race 1.
Kaj Radcliffe pushed through the tough conditions, keeping it consistent as always, Kaj finished 6th O/A.

Indy Radcliffe had a few ripper starts and kept it smooth throughout the day which helped him on his way to 5th O/A on 65cc & 11th O/A on 85cc.

Skye Graham was shredding on the 65cc with some strong moto’s to finish 8th O/A, however struggled a little on the 85cc with the wrong gearing for that terrain, landing him 16th O/A. A really top effort by all the young lads considering the conditions 🏁
